Our services for tradeshow events include production of dynamic visuals for our clients booths, 10 x 10 popup displays, store signage and tabletop displays. We ensure that branding and the messaging of the company remains consistent and compelling. Attention to detail is crucial when designing for booths and displays so we work extremely close with vendors to ensure accurate measurements are adhered to.
Additional tradeshow services include providing our clients with cohesive packages that include developing pre-show mailings, follow up mailings, designing press kits and producing promotional giveaways for events.

TSI 10 X 10 Pop up booth. The fabric for the booth was a challenge due to the coarse nature so file preparation was critical so the visual did not print too dark. DS Design Studio designed, print managed, delivered and proofed the print.

Client:
Proforma Imaging Products sourced this Swarovski job to DS Design Studio because they needed a designer who could design and produce final files for an extremely tight deadline. We did just that...read on.

Project Parameters:
Provide DS Design Studio branding elements. Design, build, adhere to critical specifications, provide each window display as individual files for the printer. Deliver final files on dvd Friday night.

Timeline:
Friday - 4:45PM, files provided to DS Design Studio. Saturday - 1:45AM, proforma picks up files from DS Design Studio and drives the files to Lexington, MA. Saturday - 8AM, printer begins producing printouts. Sunday - 7AM, proforma drives printed materials to New York City, the store window and door visuals are installed. Mission accomplished for Monday morning street traffic.

LODESTAR tabletop signage: This particular signage was produced for an annual conference with a themed event. The graphics were tied into the look and feel of the pre-show mailer that went out to potential attendees. There were six different displays similar to this one positioned throughout the private event. Additional signage for breakout sessions, welcome signage, and dinner/lunch events were produced as well. The client and attendees were very pleased with the visual effect and focused messaging that directed individuals to various displays without confusion.

LODESTAR Corporation backlit signage: We utilized the various elements of the LODESTAR branding and enlarged the graphics for greater impact. The fact that the branding had graphics with a lot of contrast made these backlit displays have punch. The client was very pleased and mentioned that many of the attendees thought the approach was very effective.
