FeelTech Golf™ and the Evolution-1™ putter were created in 2003 by Eric Letson. Mr. Letson, an avid golfer, spent a majority of his time trying to improve his golf game. He focused on putting because nearly half of the game was spent on the putting green. After playing many rounds of golf, watching golf events on television, and trying many types of putters available, Mr. Letson was inspired to create something that was not only unique in appearance, but something without gimmicks that actually worked for golfers of all levels. 

After much study on the dynamics of the putting stroke, he came to these conclusions. Any ball pushed from the bottom will generally have back spin. This can cause the ball to skip, knocking it off its intended line and missing the hole. However, a golf ball struck just above the equator of the ball will instead, produced top spin, a true roll, and the ball remaining on its intended line.

This idea was the basis for the new, patent pending, Evolution-1 putter with “DOME” technology. This “DOME” technology truly is an evolution in the golf industry.
